I was driving my mom around today and she gave me a lecture.
Mom: You need to be responsible when you get your liscense. You had better not drive if you have been drinking or smoking weed.
Kt: I don't drink...
Mom: OK. But even if you have only one toke of weed, you better not get behind the wheel.
Kt: OK.
Mom: If you are high and can't drive, just call me and I'll come get you. No questions asked....But that doesn't mean I am giving you my permission to go get blazed.

She's realized, as all parental figures tend to do, that puffing peter is not something that permission is given for, as it is usually an activity that is done despite not being permissed.
